Southwestern Athletes Climb Rankings in Preparation for PCAC Championships

As the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC) Championship approaches, Southwestern College athletes are showing strong form, locking in and climbing the conference rankings.

Men's Highlights
Both relays are sitting strong in the PCAC rankings. The 4x100 team holds 3rd place with a 44.48, and the 4x400 squad is also 3rd with a 3:33.11.

Gabriel Dagnino is currently ranked 3rd in Long Jump with a mark of 6.62m, with Jake Shaw close behind in 4th place with 6.23m. In Triple Jump, Gabe holds the 4th spot (12.78m), while Jake follows in 5th place (12.50m).

 Meanwhile, Chance is holding strong in the throws, he's ranked 3rd in Shot Put (9.40m) and 9th in Javelin (30.30m). Marcus ranks 5th in Shot Put (8.95m) and 4th in Discus (27.90m).

In the mens distance, Alejandro (37:45.01) and Jorge (37:47.82) are ranked 5th and 6th in the 10k, respectively.
